Hellmann Creative Center Rentals

 

Community Space Rentals: If you’re interested in renting a community space for your next event, wedding, festival, etc., please complete the RENTAL APPLICATION.  We have two community spaces available and offer discounts to Covington community groups.

 

Pricing: 
The Community Rooms can be rented for HALF DAY or FULL DAY periods.
Covington Residents/Nonprofit Rates-
Half Day: $160*
Full day: $235*
*This does not include the deposit
 
Corporate Rates-
Half Day: $325*
Full Day: $475*
*This does not include the deposit

Each rental has a free 30 minute set up and a 30 minute break down time allotted- We are unable to accommodate night before event access and set up.There is a $50 deposit that is refundable.

Please note that the Hellmann Creative Center offers Community Rooms- we do not offer event staff. Once the room is booked and and full amount has been paid, you will meet with a staff member from the Center for Great Neighborhoods to receive the door code, instructions for unlocking the building for guests, and instructions on clean up requirements.

 

Artist Studio Rentals: We currently do not have any available studio space at the Hellmann Creative Center. To be the first to know when a space becomes available, contact Courtney Barlow-Schulte

 

Hellmann Tour: If you’d like a tour of the Hellmann Creative Center, you can take a Virtual Tour courtesy of SPACE 3D Virtual Tour Makers. If you’d like a real life tour, please contact Hellmann Rentals.
